Try to remember, you suck at work too.. Shelton Battery rocks. They always have what I need, even with obscure scooter and motorcycle batteries.

To the other reviewer, seriously, keep in perspective, most people are probablly about as good at their job as you are on your worst day.

Before you judge so harshly for someone being apathetic, try to put yourself in their shoes.

These people work at a BATTERY store in the middle of a rundown part of town on a back-street, most likely for minimum wage. They probablly have a boss who's a total jerkoff. You think they take pride in their work?

It's not exactlly fullfilling and exciting job content we're talking about here.

Maybe they don't care. I doubt they get paid enough to care.

You're paying them to do something you're too lazy or inept to do yourself. If you don't like the service you got, take it into your own hands, order a battery from your manufacturer, get a manual, and figure out how to install it yourself. It's some pretty rudimentary knob turning.

Thought I had a gem, but Customer Service is lacking. I thought this business was a real gem up until yesterday. I had a less than two year old battery with a 60 month warranty that crapped out and they couldn't "find me" in the computer. Luckily I had kept the receipt and they did honor the pro-rated warranty.

The bad thing is that after I left to go back to work, my satellite radio custom-install wouldn’t turn on - figured maybe they didn’t reconnect the power or something. When I opened up the hood to take a look the guy had left his tool sitting on my engine! Glad that didn't *@#$ anything up because when I went back to return the tool to them and ask about the satellite radio not powering up, they were about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. 6 people sitting around doing squat and all I got was "it's not our liability." Little help at all - told me to check the fuse. I get it, but I won’t go back and you probably shouldn't go there either.
