I bought their best quality roses, not the cheapos ones that are advertised on the window and they drooped within 2 hours. They were put into a vase of water by the store clerk before I left and the flowers rode in a 70ish degree van to the Paris, LV hotel upright in my wife's hands. I called and they said bring them back for an exchange. We were already in our hotel room having a celebratory glass of champagne so it wasn't exactly convenient to return to the shop. So--Yes they offered to replace them but HEY--when you buy a gift of flowers you don't make points with the recipient by having to take them back.
Pros: questionable quality
