Customer Service Stinks. When I visited this jacks locations I was the only customer inside and no customers in drive thru.The employee on duty inside refused to take my order and told me to use the self check out terminal in restaurant.I asked them A second time to take my order and explained I did not have my glasses to see well.When they still refused and did not offer any assistance I then left and went to In- N-Out burger across the street.
