I'm a new small business owner and I was referred by a friend. Originally I was looking for someone on the west side of Vegas but decided to give these guys a call . teran the owner was very helpful in meeting my strict budget and time constraints. His crew were all very knowledgable and answered any concerns I had with the work that was being done. On top of that I also had my company logo designed by Lennon their graphic design guy. We did the whole thing over email. And there was never any issue with getting my ideas across for the logo. He gave me a logo that was more than what I had imagined and could not be happier with the outcome.

Also I was not aware that these guys ALSO do custom company apparel ie polos t shirts bags etc.

Truly one stop shopping that's a first !!

I am a loyal customer now because they absolutely on top of their game. I don't usually write reviews because I have neutral feelings about most places but I definitely felt compelled to let people know that these guys are the real deal.

Great Service. The Team Acme staff has done our building sign, put the logo on our company vehicles and done window tinting for us for a couple of years. The service is always great and the attention to detail is always appreciated. If we have ever had a problem it has been rectified immediately. The staff keeps up on new and current materials and is giving us ideas for improvements. I would highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGH PRICE ON THIER PRODUCTS AND THE FINISHED JOB WAS AWFUL. LEAKING WINDOWS AND WENT I RETURNED TO HAVE IT FIXED THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THIER WARRENTY.

STAY AWAY I WILL TELL EVERYONE THIS!!!!

Excellent Quality, On Time, Super Friendly Staff!!!!. These Guy's were Super Friendly the minute i walked into the shop. They had Great Ideas to help make my decision on Label's I needed made in a hurry. They had them done sooner then requested, and They turned out GREAT!!! The Graphic's Were unbelievable. I am very Happy with my overall Experience with Team Acme and i will Definitely Recommend Them to All. Thanks Guys for a great 1st time experience with your Company.

Perfect Product, Knowledgable and Qualified Staff!!. The guys were top notch. Helped me figure what I needed, beat all other quotes by a LOT, allowing us to get a better product for less than the other option I had originally intended to get. (a full color window perf. instead of solid writing) . I also ordered some magnets over the phone. I chose a custom size and designed the art myself, so it was no fault of theirs when it didn't work due to the rail I failed to notice running along my door. And even though it was not their fault, they spent over a half an hour ( half of which was after closing time) cutting and refitting the magnets to work for me. They didn't even Charge me! I tipped them anyway though, not only because they went so far out of their way for me, but also because even with the tip the job cost less then even printing it at Kinkos, where my mistake would have been my problem.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

BAD Customer Service, good price, knowledgable representative.. DO NOT go to this place and expect your job done when the guy tells you. Make sure you DROP your vehicle off and do NOT need it back at a certain time.

Now that that's out of the way, I'll be as fair as I can and start off with saying that when I called, the guy on the phone won my business by being very knowledgeable and friendly, and having the best price. Saying I would be waiting while the job was to be done, I made an appointment a week in advance, was told it would take an hour, 2 at the most. I called before coming in to make sure it was a good time, and was on time to my appointment. I dropped off the car, went for a walk, came back 1.5 hours later, and they hadn't even started. I asked for status and was told it would be another hour, and I waited outside, 5 minutes later they closed the door and I couldn't see my car. I waited outside for an hour, it still wasn't done... 15 minutes later it was done. I expressed my feelings kindly to the man at the counter... he interrupted me and I had to ask him to let me finish. He never said he was sorry, never showed any sympathy, and didn't admit to any kind of wrong doing whatsoever, and explained to me this is why they recommend dropping off the car 99% of the time (I guess I was in that 1% when I called). I also that if anything else should go wrong, this guy would still have the "I can do no wrong" attitude and not care at all. I regret using Team Acme Glass & Tint.

Very imformative, Genuinely nice guys!. I went down to their shop to get my windshield replaced and they were very knowledgeable. They say you learn something new everyday. I learned that a windshield is 70% of your vehicles support in an accident. The guys were very polite and helpful.
