Unethical business practice.
Put a $1000. deposit down on rental two months ahead. Boyfriend lost his job and I let Windmill Realty "Kathleen Cotton" know 30 days prior. we would't be able to rent. I was considerate enough for give her enough time to rent her property which she did but she refuses to refund any of my deposit. So she keeps my $1000.00 plus gets the new tenants money.
She has you sign an agreement forfeiting your deposit if you decide not to rent the property, so they take your money. If you sign an agreement with them and if you decide not to take the property, don't give them any notice or consideration because they'll just keep your money anyways.
Contact 13 has contacted them but they choose to care less about the consumer, so I'm writing in hopes you'll avoid this company completely as they do not care about he consumer!!
