What A Find!. Yes, we spent considerable time in Las vegas, and have samples Port of Subs, Subway as well as Quiznos' sandwiches. The sandwiches we tried at Capriotti's were far better than any of the other chain-franchises! Their turkeys are roasted daily on-site, and the balance of the ingredients are just as fresh. Bonus, the people (Cheyenne location) are very friendly and move quickly. We sampled the "Bobbie", "Capistrami" as well as the Italian Cold Cut, all were excellent. We would suggest readers to consider Capriotti's the next time they have a taste for a great sub sandwich, made well by people that care. Try it!
