In Short – Located in a small strip mall, this eatery offers a variety of sandwiches, including Italian beef subs loaded with shaved roast beef, onions and giardiniere, and hamburger and cheeseburger subs. But it's the turkey sandwiches that keep the crowds coming. Turkey is roasted fresh every day on the premises and hand-carved for sandwiches. The house-specialty is the Bobbie, which offers a complete American Thanksgiving dinner--turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mayonnaise on a sub sandwich roll. – –
Cheesesteaks BETTER Than any I ever had in Philly

This is hands down the best sam dandwich shop Ive ever been too. It was highly recommended to me by a co-worker who lived in town for many years, he said "YOUVE GOT TO TRY THE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK". I went there and got a medium chesesteak with the optional Mushrooms, Onions, Hot and Sweet Peppers. When I opened up the paper and had my first bite I went into sort of a state of Nirvana, a completely involuntary yummy noise vibrated through a mouth full of food. I had found the perfect cheesesteak at last. I go to the store on Cheyenne and Buffalo and the sandwiches are ALWAYS COMPLETELY CONSISTENT! Every once in a great while Ill order a Bobbie, but if you want a GREAT Working Man's Sandwich, the Cheesesteak is for you. I recommend you order it the same way I do (mushrooms, onions, hot and sweet peppers) you'll be nice and full and happy!
- Pros: Wonderful Steak, Peppers on Fresh Baked Bread!
- Cons: HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!
Best place to get a sandwich!!!

It was a complete fluke that my boyfriend and I found this place. He was in the mood for a sandwich and he dialed it into the GPS unit and we got this name "Capriottis." We were expecting typical italian deli style sandwiches and got a lot more. I got "The Bobbie" and as did half the people in the place. My boyfriend ordered the "Capastrami." The service was brusque, but not rude. They have a set system of ordering. Hint: Order at the counter, not the cash stand. We took the sandwiches to go and before we even left the parking lot we were pulling out the sandwiches to see the results. The sandwiches were so good we were actually excited. We had been comtemplating just going to Subway before this place!
The pastrami was freshly cooked and not chewy at all. You could tell it had NOT been sitting in a heating vat all day. The slaw with the russian dressing, yummm.
"The Bobbie" tasted just like it promised, a Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich. The stuffing was very flavorful and moist, without being soggy. The turkey was shredded and also moist (apparently they roast it in house).
I can't wait to go back to Vegas to have it again. We were really happy to discover this sandwich shop!
- Pros: Really affordable prices. Quality ingredients.
- Cons: Not a dine in spot.
Try the Bobbie

There isn't much more to be said about Capriotti's that hasn't been said already on this site. They simply have good sandwiches. My personal favorite is the Bobbie - sliced turkey with stuffing, cranberry and mayo. It's a regular stop for me whenever I come to Vegas.
- Pros: The Bobbie
