I have bought 6 or 7 cars from them over the past few years. A couple were brand new cars that they found for me, after I told them my specs; in each case, they were far less expensive than any local dealer. Others were used cars, a couple off the lot and at least one that they found for me at auction. I have also consigned cars there, and they were sold above what I expected. I give them unqualified highest marks. They are totally honest, and delightful to deal with.
Pros: Service, prices, ease of purchase, etc.,etc.
Cons: Limited parking is the only possible negative

we purchased a VW Bettle convertable from them have had it 5 weeks it has been back too them for repairs 4 times already everytime it goes back too them we get it back in worse shape than when it went in examples are the drivers side window regulator went out window wont roll up took it too them they said the warranty takes affect monday so we need too have it done by warranty got the car back the passanger weather strip seals had been ripped out of the car and rear pannels where not working. called them too sede why this had happened was told the person we needed too speak too had been on vacation though we had just been there 15 mins prior and saw the person in question pull in. they give you a run around and have no idea what customer service means DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
Cons: EVERYTHING!!!
