THE WORST!!!!!. very rude dispatch! they say they have their phone converstations recorded and that i called back to change the reservation. liars!!! my passengers waited 1 hour for the taxi to even show up. then i called and thats when they said i called back to change the reservation in which i know for a fact i didn't. do not call these people for a taxi. bad service all around.

Amazing!. I called this cab service from a hotel that was not my own and they were very prompt. Unfortunately I needed a ride to an urgent care (for a non-alcohol related situation- boring, i know!). After I was dropped off, John gave me his card and told me to call him when I was about to leave, so I wouldn't have to wait in the cold. Turns out that the urgent care we went to didn't take my insurance, so John turned right around, picked me up and took me to one that did. He ended up driving from that urgent care, to a pharmacy for my prescription (then gave me a bottle of water after seeing i forgot to buy one). Then we swung by my hotel and went to the airport.

I cannot even begin to express how amazing this cab company and John are. John was very pleasant- even as I got frustrated and teared up with the whole situation he kept his cool and made sure I got to where I needed to be.

I will always use this cab service in Vegas and I hope you do too!

desert long haul tactics. this is the spill that a driver is trained to give you at the airport.

driver: where you folks going

passenger: new york new york

driver: well there is 2 ways I can go, the fast way that's a few more bucks or the slow way with more traffic which do you prefer.

This is the long haul sales pitch but even if you say the most direct rout 90% of the time they will find another way to milk you out of a few bucks

if your local and want to go to a store ( DONT CALL DESERT ) cause dispatch will radio this as a get around and you will be lucky if you get picked up before Hailey comet comes around.

you will find desert at pallazo, venetian and TI staging to long haul you on the freeway into the tunnel and out an extra $ 10.00 bucks. and you current drivers may make good money but your a bunch of low life bottom feeding losers. I will report you to TA at every chance I get.

Terrible. I called this company at 9:45pm on a Friday. The operator informed me that a cab would pick me up in 15-30 mins. I called back at 10:16pm to make sure they were coming and the operator answered rudely that they were busy. And then when I asked for an ETA they once again said they were busy.

I would not use this company for anything ever!!! They are rude liars. She knew they were busy at the time I called so why not give a more accurate time?
