EX: Whittlesea Bell Limousine Service. I used Bell Limousine service Saturday night for my son's Prom May 2012. I requested a sketch limousine for arrival at 6:30pm. The driver was on time, very professional, and friendly. I checked with several other Limousine companies in Las Vegas, and Bell had the best price and the best service. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Company wouldnt help me. LOOKING for Barry Wright worked for them 5 years ago no idea if he is still there . Lived on Royal Crest st . If you know him please have him contact Adam n Anita at a99a at yahoo dot com

BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR!. I agree! Not only will Jim and that witch Cheryl will fire drivers so they don't have to give them their bonuses or vacation, Whittlesea, like most of the other Taxi Cab companies in Las Vegas, will encourage the drivers to 'secretly' long haul customers to jack up 'the averages' (daily quota taxi drivers in Las Vegas are supposed to meet). Ira, the driver supervisor and their henchman, told me to 'stop being a saint' when taking customers from McCarran Airport (meaning take the TUNNEL-more money) By the way, it is against the law in Clark County to long-haul customers but the Taxi Authority does very little about it (the owners of the cab companies have the TA in their back pockets) By the way, if you ever wondered why there are so many foreign drivers in the cab business, I will tell you why-THEY ARE WILLING TO BREAK THE LAW!...

Worst Cab Company to work for in Vegas. Jim the Director of Operations will fire driver's for any reason just so the company does not have to pay benifits, vac. bonus, Don't trust them

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. If you lose something on their cab they will keep it and tell you that you probably didn't lose it with them or they will tell you that a different passanger took it! They also take the longest way possible!!!

Long Hauled by Dishonest Whittlesea Cabbie. Got into cab at Venetian to go to airport. Cabbie immediately starts yapping in a thick NY/NJ accent that he knows all the history of Vegas and that he is available to do tours all over on his off time - even gives us his business card for it. Constantly asking us trivia questions while driving (and not all his answers were correct either!) - then he turns and heads for the Freeway! This jerk added almost $15 to what the fare SHOULD have been by long hauling us. The freeway is NEVER the shortest distance between the airport and the strip. Long hauling is not allowed by the Taxi authority. We have filed a complaint. If it happens to you too, copy driver's name, cab company name, & cab # from the card posted on the front dash. Make sure you file a complaint - the LV Taxi Authority will pull his license if enough people complain."Thanks a lot for a sour end to a nice holiday"

Won't use Whittlesea again -. On an important flight out of McCarren Airport in Las Vegas, NV, we used Whittlesea Taxi as they were very friendly over the phone.

The cab driver was late to pick us up - and when we left the house there was already an OVER $3.00 charge on his meter.

At the airport the driver was confused and had to make an extra sweep of the airport and then, again, got confused. We finally arrived in good shape - but it cost over $50. And some of that "time and expense" were his mistakes.

Didn't appreciate that and won't use Whittlesea again.

Great customer service - with TLC WOW unheard of. Come on be Fair - there is good n bad with all employees

Regardless, My father who was diagnosed with Cancer 6 months ago. My siblings and I live out of town!!- My Dad has a strong Pride and will not depend on anyone he uses the Cab Service for transportation because to weak and whoozy to drive, My Dad told me of this man who was his cab driver - Dad said it was the worse he had ever felt - he said the nurse called the service 10 min before he was completed in treatment - the nurse had wheeled him out and cab was waiting on him ... Yes this to be true, he said when he went to stand up he almost fell over and the cab driver was watching came from his car and said hold on sir I will help you - he said the man took him under his arm and guided him to the car and he said everything was spinning and the cab driver even helped him get in the car and lifted his legs in since it was like a Ford Escape or something - He suggested that I lay down and offered his overcoat for him to lay his head on - As they were driving my dad said he got sick and threw up - the driver pulled over and assisted him - when they got to his house driver literally had to almost carry Dad in and kept asking if there was anything he could do,My Dad told him just take what you want out of the wallet Dad just wanted to drop down literally - Dad said the man only took the exact Cab fair and not even a tip WOW (and Dad said he even had to clean up after him) Impressive Humanity does exist - I did call to try to find out who driver was Dad said he thought it was Kurt and thought last name began with H - said man a lil over 6 ft - sandy blonde-brown hair - clean cut and very polite.

So whomever it was my Family deeply thanks you and THANK you for your humanity !

Greatful Family - We love our Dad so much and you treated huim how we would of ! So Whittlesea thank you for hiring a Customer Service Oriented Individuals and Ones that are compassionate too and HONEST!

Just remember they are real too!

Worst Cab Company in Vegas By a Long Shot. Do not ever use this cab company. They never show up, the drivers do not know the city, and their dispatch was extremely rude. I've lived in Las Vegas for over 6 years and this cab company should be avoided at all costs.

worst customer service ever. we got taken for a ride in every sense of the word by this company. they do not take the fastest route to the airport and when i mentioned this was told that "I am taking the fastest route honey". funny...it cost me $8.00 more for their "fastest " route.

I am going to launch a complaint against this company to the powers that be in Vegas because this is NOT ok!
