I got long-hauled from The Palazzo to the Airport in a Henderson cab. The cab driver was rude when he did talk. I refuse to travel in Henderson cabs now. Drivers are rude and long-haul you. Reported the driver to the Nevada Authority.
This is the most AWEFUL cab company
I've travelled in over the last 20 years anywhere in the world! The cab driver gave me a lot of attitude and went to the extent of saying that paying a 20% tip is COMPULSORY. Well, maybe I looked like a tourist but I am not a sucker. He was talking on his cell phone the whole drive and had the nerve to ask for a 20$ tip. He says "Well, we need to pay taxes and hence a tip is compulsory. You guys never tip anyway and so I'll keep 2 dollars and return you the rest"
When I called the company to complain, the Supervisor, Eric had an even worse attitude. He told me on the phone that I was wasting his time and harrassing him over a small tip. He just would not understand that the tip was not the point but the cab driver demanding one is unlawful.

Good Experience. I had a female driver and she was there in plenty of time to get me to the airport, she helped with all bags, she was conversational and very polite. I will say she did drive slower than I do... but truthfully most people do. From South Henderson to the Airport was about $60 (with the tip included).
slow ride to airport. Sept 22, 2011 took cab from Excaliber to airport, driver drove five miles under the speed limit all the way to the airport. He did not try to avoid the construction site as other cabs were doing. He got behind an airport shuttle bus and increased our fare by about $3.00 by the time we arrived at the airport. Did not tip him and he got upset, I explained why and he became very upset, claimed to be the safest driver for the company. Told him I was not happy and no tip for him, he then said I was one of the cheap persons that come to Vegas. Not good for tourism for the city and cab companies that depend on the tourist. Will not use Henderson Cabs again. My family and I come from Texas three times during the year to Vegas. Will bypass this cab company in the future

VIOLENT DRIVERS!!!. I UNDERSTAND EVERYONE HAS TO DO THEIR LIVING, BUT GIVING YOU EXCESSIVE ATTITUDE AND VIOLENCE INTO THE CAB, IT IS JUST NO ACCEPTABLE!!! DRIVER IN CAB NUMBER 5914 WAS UNNECESSARILY VIOLENT TOWARDS ME, JUST BECAUSE I SUGGESTED GOING ON A CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE ROUTE... HE GOT MAD AND DEMAND THE FULL PAYMENT TO THE AIRPORT, WHEN I ASKED OUT OF THE UNIT (WITH 3 MINUTES OF RIDE) HE DROPPED ME AT THE AIRPORT ON THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET LUCKY ME WAS NOT HIT BY ANOTHER BUS OR CRAZY DRIVER... TRY OTHER COMPANIES, THIS ONE IS TERRIIIBBBLLLLEEEE!!! EVEN THE DISPATCHER HAD FUN LISTENING TO MY REPORT BY PHONE... WHAT A WAY TO TREAT TOURISTS FROM ABROAD!!! I WILL BETTER RENT A CAR OR CHOOSE OTHER COMPANIES... HOPE THIS REVIEW IS USEFULL TO YOU... REGARDS!!!
I thik they';re pretty good. Never have had a problem reaching them, they are usually a few minutes early. Tried others, I like this one better.
Never answer phone, busy high call volume, poor service!. worse ever, they dont answer phone... no matter when you call, i dont know how they do biz. i will not call them again, call elsewhere
They NEVER answer the phone!. No matter when you call, you get the message that they are "experiencing an unusually high number of calls" even in the middle of the night! Do your part to help reduce the number of calls they receive, by using another taxi company!
Sucky service...and I still don't have a taxi.
Called them twice. The first call sent me to an open line where I could hear chatter in the room but no one bothered to talk to me. The call right after that, they simply disconnected the call. Maybe they are just too busy to work.
But I'd go elsewere for a taxi. These guys are worthless.
