Kent was the plumber who came out to fix my kitchen faucet, and he was great. Prompt arrival, efficient use of time, easy to work with, pleasant demeanor, more-than-fair prices. The customer service phone line was a good experience too. I would use Larkin Plumbing again.

Matt installed a whole house water filter and did a beautiful job. My husband had contacted them and the customer service person was so pleasant he didn't hesitate to schedule an appointment. We will definitely use Larkin Plumbing in the future. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable - doesn't get better than that!

We had a major issue in our house! Watter backing up everywhere and smelly too! My Dad recommended Larkin to us.

When I called they were so friendly and helpful. My dumb self had put Draino down the pipes to fix the problem . They told me that would ruin their equipment. But they were nice enough to give me advice to help us out till the morning.

Our tech arrived early (by 15 minutes). I had no idea where to drain for the house was. Rick found it. And he took care of the problem in minimal time. He was quick yet efficent. He was very friendly too. He explained everything that he was doing so there was no surprises. The pricing was fair.

He was also very understanding and kind to my devil dogs! A major plus in my book! Thanks again, Rick!

AWESOME!!!! I am the Maintenance Supervisor at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

I use Larkin for "major dig" projects (broken pipes) and large "snake jobs".

Rick, Chris, Bob and Eli are professional to the highest standards.

Customer Service is excellent. when i call, they usually respond within 2-4 hours.

I bought a water softener From Tev at Larkin Plumbing when I replaced my water heater.. I loved it so much we installed one the next day for my mother. The service was excellent, clean and fast, the product was awesome! I could feel the difference the next day in my skin. I recommend everyone use Tev at Larkin and a water softener is a must!!

Will never use them again. Called them for a minor leak in the attic on the ice maker line that had caused some ceiling stains. Instead of replacing the line he cut out the leak and put in a connection. When we came home a fews days later the ceiling was sagging. I found out later that when he put in the connection on the plastic line he left out one of the ferrels. Which is ironic because it took him more time to itemize it on the bill then it would take to put it in. They only charged for materials to fix their faulty repair work and left me with hundreds of dollars in drywall/ceiling works. On a scale of 1 to 5 give them a zero. I was better of before I called them, they just made it worse.

RUN!!!. I would give Larkin zero stars if I could. I called Larkin at 4:15 pm today (Saturday). I was told a technician would come within 2 hours. I waited for 4 hours before I called (8:15 pm) asking if they were still coming, and if so, what the ETA was. I was told that I would be called back within 15 minutes once that person got a hold of the technician. That person wouldn't give me their name, but took my address as someone was on their way. I waited another hour (9:15) before I called again, and got voicemail. I am so pissed right now. Not only did they waste over 7 hours of my time, they did not call me back, and I still have a plumbing problem that could well be fixed by now had I called someone else. Now I am calling other plumbers at 11:15 at night, and now it's in the 'emergency hours' that constitute extra charges.
