Will came out within 45 minutes of my phone call and was done with the job within an hour. Good, friendly man and didn't give up when we couldn't find the drain-out. Fair price.

My family and I were about to leave town for vacation when our water heater rotted out and flooded the garage. I called Larkin and arranged for them to replace the water heater while we were away (had a friend supervise). The installation went as planned, but within 2 weeks the pilot went out and had to be re-lighted. Another two weeks went by and the same thing happened. So we called Larkin back out to fix it. A different plumber came out this time, found that the original plumber had damaged the vent duct in the attic, and scheduled repair for the following day. Two plumbers arrived at 11am and worked until after 3pm, replacing the duct work and roof vent. It seems to be all fixed now and they didn't charge for the repair (which was fair). So a mistake was made and they stood by their product and made it right. Promptly and with no arguments, and they were polite and courteous throughout. I am a happy customer.

I called for a plumber to come out to check on my garbage disposal. Kurt Ellis was very professional for coming out & showing me how to clear up the disposal.

I have used Larkin since I moved to Las Vegas area in 1995. I have never been disappointed or not received excellent service. My experience today with Kurt is no different - excellent. He was prompt - same day I called - and was both quick and did excellent work. I would not even consider calling anyone other than Larkin for my repair or installation needs.

We had plumber KURT come to our house, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was able to fixed our problem very quickly.

THANK YOU FOR FIXING MY LEAK! My second story guest toilet started leaking down into my ceiling downstairs! Larkin came out, fixed it and told me what i needed to cover up the icky brown spot on my ceiling ALL before my out of town guests came in
