you'd buy hair online?. I have been a client for sixteen years. I'm please with the service I received from the staff. I have no regrets about becoming a member of Hair Club.

horrible customer service, rush you in, rush you out, too expensive. I became a member of the hair club because I have a thinning hair problem. I left hair club with more of a hair loss problem than I had before I went in there. They tell you that you don't have to cut your hair- but if you don't, it pulls all your hair out over time. I could never get an appointment when I can come and then they would always call to change it once I had one. It seems that they are short staffed as you feel like it is get them in, get them out all the time. The stylists do their best with what they have to work with. In the long run they tell you the hair could last a year but the reality is that no one lasts a year and you then have to go on a monthly program that will run you a nice car payment a month. Their gimmick is make you look good and then you are sucked in. Not this client- I went online and bought a beautiful head of hair that is applied in the same manner and is much cheaper. Don't fall for their smooth sales tactics.
