The Palace Pan Roast is out of this world & the oysters are to die for. Just be sure to go on off times or you'll be waiting for a long time

This long-time Vegas favorite's first come, first serve policy plus its legions of fierce devotees mean you might have a wait, but it's worth it for the famous pan roast and fresh oysters. And from 1am to 9am, the late night specials are in effect--$3.50 Bloody Marys and half dozens of oysters for $8.99.

Lobster Pan Roast is a must try!

Very good, but wait can be long – In March the line moved rapidly, but this evening we ended up waiting and waiting and waiting. On being seated Ann ordered a bowl of Manhattan clam chowder while I opted for the cioppino, a spicy tomato-based stew that included crab, shrimp, mussels and fish. Both dishes were good, but we were more interested in getting some shuteye than eating after our long flight.

03/11 After a short wait for stools to open at the oyster bar, we each ordered the combination pan roast that included crab, lobster, fish, shrimp and a generous portion of rice. The pan roast is prepared in front of you and it proved to be both delicious and filling.

Best Mexican Value in Las Vegas – As a new Las Vegas resident, I've been on the hunt for bargains and good food and drink. This place hits the nail on the head.

Service is friendly and efficient. You get the impression that these folks have been with the Station casino group for a long time

You have to walk through the casino to get to the restaurant, as with most casino restaurants. It helps if you park in front of the hotel adjacent to Sahara, but if there are no spaces, there's a huge garage on the other side of the casino.

When I first arrived, I noticed the usual "special" posters--fajitas for two for $12.99, margaritas for $1.99. Yeah, right. Still, it was too good a deal to turn down, and even if I hadn't noticed the posters, it was nice of the server to let you know it was available (unlike some of the "off-menu" specials in some casino restaurants).

Complimentary chips and salsa/warm bean dip come immediately, and there's a separate salsa bar as well. Try the poblano salsa from the bar...smoky and very good. There's also pineapple salsa, which I couldn't get into, but it might be a good change of pace for some.

The fajitas for two were not only very tasty, but were HUGE portions. With the chips and dips to start, it's frequently all two of us can do to finish it. I don't know if this is going to be an ongoing special, but you absolutely can't do better anywhere I've seen in Las Vegas.

Next, the $1.99 margaritas. Not just happy hour but all the time, and while they're not oversized, they're not skimpy either, and they're potent, cold and delicious. No limit, so far as I've found, but then I can't hold more than two.

All told, the check's less than $30 for two including tip and two drinks. Viva Guadalajara!

One Great Mexican Restaurant!! – I have been coming to Vegas for over 10 years and I always have a least one meal at Guadalajara.

It is a clean, friendly, delious dining experience. Dont miss the salsa and bean dip bar.
