Winchell's at Eastern.
False advertising is a big downer in LV. Winchell's manager, Mario DiRocco, takes the cake. I rec'd a flyer for free play in the mail for Saturday play. I go. I play. They have a glitch in their "new system". So rather than make any reparations (because I also ate), he said to check back after Monday. Really??? Mgmt?
As a local, I'd think they'd react better if their system wasn't responding properly? Reparations of some sort, eh? Guess not.
Oh well...their food and service staff is decent though.
