Charbroiled meats and fresh salsas add authentic spice to this Mexicali fast-food chain.. In Short
High tables and a busy open kitchen welcome diners into the spacious, brightly lit black-and-white interior. Just minutes after cashiers take customer orders, fresh-made tacos, burritos and enchiladas (stuffed with steak, chicken or seafood) arrive on the nearby counter. The menu also offers several plates of greens, from typical taco salad to fancier bowls with shrimp or mahi mahi. A stainless-steel bar offers several salsas, plus jalapenos, limes and cilantro for seasoning.

mexy fresh. This food is very fresh and very sexy-it tickles your senses! I enjoy the W. Lake Mead restaurant. Fast, friendly service and lite airy far-away Mexican decor! A delight!

Baja sux. Not cheap in the slightest. If you want good Mexican eats at a good price go to Fausto's or Robertos not Baja

best burritos. Baja Fresh makes the best chicken and steak burritos in town, and their huge. All their food items are fresh too!

Fresh is the word. Food is mde to order, not taken out of some freezer and microwaived or steam cooked. Salsa's are among the best. Seating is not always readily available at lunch time but the wait is usually timed with the preparation of the food.

Muy Bueno. Thats about the extent of my bi-lingual expertees, however, if it is excellent Mexican food you want you'll agree that Baja Fresh is #1. With fresh handmade Mexican tastes and LARGE portions and even Service & Smiles to boot, we've tried them all and still find that Baja Fresh is still Muy Bueno!

Gassy but Jazzy. Nothing beats the grilled vegetariano burrito -- but WARNING: a few hours later, even your dog doesn't love you anymore. ;-)

Fresh is the Word. Baja serves a not only fresh but RE-freshing food. Great for summer, with fresh veggies to add to your quick meal, many different assortments of salsa and sauces adds a great SPICE to any meal ordered.
