In Short – It's anyone's guess where the other seven Rigo's restaurants are, but for great tacos made fast, No. 8 is a good spot to visit. It offers authentic Mexican tortillas, tacos and fried pork burritos to customers who know and appreciate the difference between authentic and pathetically franchised. A killer salsa bar features freshly made, piquant tomato, smoked chili and green chili sauces not recommended for the faint of heart.
