Friendly, knowledgeable tech. I really enjoyed my experience dealing with Abel at Valdez Appliance. He was honest and very reasonably priced, and even helped diagnose a problem I was having with my air conditioner. My washing machine is now working great and I know who to call for help next time. RECOMMENDED!!
