The hotel itself is just fine...however, there is someone in upper management named Jay and he is the RUDEST person EVER! He insisted that I was not double billed and inferred I did not know the date which I arrived. He made me produce my plane ticket as 'proof' that I could not possibly have gotten to the airport any sooner. Next time, I will definitely find A DIFFERENT hotel to stay at, even if it's farther away than necessary!!!!!!!!!
