I moved to the Vistas about 6 months ago, and I love it here. My apartment is nice, as are my neighbors. And they have alot of nice things for everyone to do here, and that makes it more of a community atmosphere. I'm really glad I moved here. The staff are very professional and the maintnance guys take care of everything right away. I would recommend everyone I know to move here.

Not As Good As They Say. This place is really a mess.

Things are not really repaired, they are just made to "look good" which means it is not safe, or will need repairs again soon.

The "security" guys are kind of creepy. They seem be want to know everyone's business, and hide and watch the kids at the pool - real strange.

The staff act nice at first, but when you need something done, all of a sudden "we have no record of that", or "we need the supervisor to come, he should be here in a few days".

I would be surprised if any one of the staff actually walked around instead of driving their carts at fast speeds in the middle of the road.

Kids older than 10 don't really have anyplace they can go and play, as I have seen security kick them out of everywhere they go, or are talking together.

On the outside things look good, but once you are here you begin to see the things that don't get done.

I think the staff favors the senior citizens of this place, as it seems whatever an old person says is the truth. These are the people that walk their dogs and don't pick up after them.

They may have won "best of", but in reality they are crap.

Just try and walk on the sidewalk without tripping over rocks.

I GOT $500.00 FOR TALKING TO MY FRIENDS!. This is really a nice place to live. I told my friends at work about it and they moved in too! about a month later, the office ladies called me and said I had a check in the office for $500.00!!! They have a great staff, really nice gym, great pools and hot tubs, and I just love it here.

Home Sweet Home!. The 3 pools and hot tubs here are Fabulous! I love laying out by the pool in the new cabanas,they are really nice. They serve a continental style breakfast here everyday (even on weekends!) We enjoy bingo, and cheese and wine tasting in the clubhouse, I am really glad we chose The Vistas after lookng at all the other choices in the area, The Vistas really does have the most to offer. Oh,,,and they are pet friendly too!

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. I enjoy living at the Vistas, everyone is so friendly from the staff to the residents.

we get free coffee and bagels everyday, along with all the activities we do weekly here. This is a very family friendly community.
