CONTACTED GOVERNORS OFFICE

It has been a year since I posted $320 cash for my son, which was changed by the court minutes later?, we drove immediately back & they said they could not refund my money,but despite contacting, calling, having both courts send their required paperwork per Black Jack's denial letter, mailing Black Jack a letter with copies of all their paperwork, receipt, the email from the one court staff stating she faxed the paperwork, long story short, I contacted the governors office, who referred me to the Fraud Office, who referred me to the Nevada Division of Insurance, who called me immediately & provided the instructions: you can print out/file a complaint form @ www.doi.state.nv.us/scs/complaint.aspx

WHAT A JOKE

months ago my mother bailed me out of jail and was charged double bail. they said she would get it back when court was over. the judge ordered the bail to be released and they sent her half of what she paid with no explaination why. i will persue this legally if necessary but they are stealing my mothers money. i am quite sure that they have done this to many others as well

I have always had exceptional dealings with BlackJack. The only people that I know of that have any problems are people who are illinformed or unknowledgeable where the court system is concerned.

BlackJack is one of the Oldest and Largest Bail operations in Vegas. It's employees are very experienced and KNOWLEDGEABLE. They can explain everything, if you take time to listen and ask questions about how things work.

If you are well informed and understand the process, you will not have a problem. Most people are not involved with the Justice system on a daily basis and therefore need to understand that the service a bail company provides is limited. They do not controll the Jails or the Courts.

Maybe you are blaming the wrong person or company for YOUR problems. I think some people just want to blame someone else for thier own short comings.

When you don't go to court, things can get bad.

NO IDEA ABOUT BUSINESS and they are THEIVES

I went to bail my boyfriend out, was told he had no holds. I paid $240.00 to bail out and waited, the next morning I was informed he had a hold and he went to North Town.

I spoke with Richard who works there and he apologised, I understood that things happen and moved on.

Two weeks later some girl calls asking where my b/f was, I told her he was in north town and when I had used them to get him out he went straight to northtown, she said I would have to go to court for him and that I was responsible now for the money.

I called back that night as I was at work and the girl who answered apologised and told me that girl was a "f$%ing idiot" Nice professional language about her coworker.

The next day I notice $1024.00 had been taken out of my bank account., when I called was told I had to talk to the managers tomorrow.

Um shouldnt businessess have a manager on at all times or at least available.

It happened today but am waiting till tomorrow to work it all out but I am no dummy and these guys are going down!
