un happy with Dr. sims. I took my son there and happy to get him in so fast. After the doctor injection for sadation he took my 2 year old back they sent a staff member out to get me , so when i got back there he informed me he had the wrong patient. thank god my son was finr but i will never be back there.....

Won't be going back. I was happy to get in to a new dentist quickly when my kindergartner suddenly developed and abcessed tooth. The staff was very gentle and kind when I explained that my daughter was overly frightened of the dentist. However, Dr. Sims seemed irritated, and rough with her, even when I asked him to please be gentle because she was frightened. He never addressed her directly and kept poking at her sore gum with his finger because she coudn't answer where it hurt exactly (she was crying quietly). We went back to him a few days later to finish the work and it was no better. I'm not sure why he's a children's dentist.
