Australian Swim School is the best.
I have had my daugher enrolled since three months. She has no fear of the water and they are very sensitive to her needs.
As far as the make-up fees go, I have to say that I have experienced them an appreciate them. I would rather have incentive for people to commit to their classes, otherwise, people just abuse the courtesy. I think that the fees are fair because they are applied without regard to "excuses."
My children got the flu which caused their absence from class. When I called to schedule a make up class I was informed that make up classes are $10 for the first and $17 for the second. I was extremely upset to learn that we lost the money already paid and to get the lesson had to PAY again. SERIOUSLY? I have no control over the flu and could have easily brought in a doctors note to verify that in fact they were sick. I could have just brought them to class and contaminated everybody and I am sure with this policy that is exactly whats going on which may explain where we got it. This is a horrible policy and unfair to the consumer. There are other swim schools with more REALISTIC policie
