Really bad experience...The owner ("Vivian") was talking on the phone when I got there and didn't even acknowledge me for over a minute. When she did she acted annoyed that I was there. When I was indecisive about the color I wanted she rolled her eyes and told me to "stop trying it on your fingers! look at the color through the bottle!" She rushed through the pedicure (the massage was very good though) and when she applied the color I hated it but felt to intimidated to tell her because she was so rude during my whole visit. I tried Nail Trix because they were convenient, as I was shopping that day at the Galleria, but would NEVER go back again nor would I ever recommend them to a friend solely because of the horrible customer service.

Just plain bad. I needed to have my nails done and didn't know where to go in Vegas so I chose this establishment. From the first moment I was treated like they had better things to be doing. I should have walked out when I had the chance but I didn't. My nails look terrible complete with jagged edges and bad shape. I was rushed through and there wasn't even anyone waiting in line. I was one of 3 people in the salon. Absolutely the worst experience in a nail salon ever!!!
