Perfectly Adequate – My kid puked on our rug, and I needed a high-capacity front loading machine. The reviews on here weren't great, but I thought I'd try it anyways.
Yeah, sure, it's kinda ghetto. But isn't that kind of par for the course for a coin laundromat? I'll take ghetto but convenient over classy but with a long drive and a long wait.
Honestly, it was fine. Sure, lots of machines were out of order, but the kind I needed was available. I did my laundry, worked on my knitting, and left. The staff were polite, and I didn't have to wait for a machine.
Could of been worse. – As I pulled up I was scared due to how much laundry I had to do but I was desperate and this was the closest. I walked in w/ just my detergents and supplies incase I needed to make a quick departure. As I approached a very nice guy greeted me and held the open the door for me n led me towards the back where washers were. Walked 5 feet n was stopped dead in my tracks. on my left was a wall stacked full of dryers, maybe 25-30, and every darn one of them had a different colored post it note, folded up piece of paper, cardboard or whatver they could write on that read out of service, no heat, broken timer, door wont close or some issue. My immediate thought was WOW! even worse than the reviews read. I slowly walked by the dead machines like I was at a veterans memorial reading the wall. In the back there were a few lrg machines, only 2 worked, lots of med machines. Only 5 worked and 3 were being used by staff. Then there are multiple rows of reg old school washers, n was lucky if every other one worked. I ended up having to use so many small machines it was twice the work and prob spent twice as much and had wash all over the place. I needed @ least 8 dryers. I got 2. The other few machines were being used by the staff and I had to wait. An event that usually take me 2, maybe 2 1/2 hours, took 5 and I went X/Mas eve, maybe the slowest possnight of the year. I will say this though, the place was clean and the guy working was very nice, pleasant, and helpful given what he had to work with, even having to tell people to leave and come back. I wld say broken machine to working ratio was 7 to 1. So if your the only cust youll b ok. But add a few people and youll be drying your clothes with the blower in the bathroom.
Don't go unless your desperate – This laundromat has 23 dryers on one wall and only 4 of them work as of November 8, 2010. A few of the large
washing machines are broken. The staff is most unfriendly and all they are concerned about is reading the newspaper and making sure you don't leave your dryer sheets on the floor. Colorful 'post it notes' are placed on the machines that don't work. Nothing ever gets fixed. Don't go unless like me, you don't have a choice. I hear there is a laundromat on Boulder Highway, I think I will check that one out.
