You get what you pay for

The management was helpful and nice to get you in, but showed no responsibility after you sign a lease. Not only do they require a 60 day notice to vacate, the management company can't keep a regular staff. When you call in to speak with someone, that person is never available. You can leave a message, but will never get a call back. When you do get a hold of someone, they do not have the ability to help you. When you do find someone who can help you, all the previous phone calls and messages vanish, as they cannot keep records. Exterior lights work intermittently, railings on the steps are missing and fire extinguishers(that are on the outside) are missing half the time. Responses to maintenance requests, and emergencies, are non-existent. Police are on the property anywhere from 2-6 times a month. The exercise room has about half the equipment working, pool/spa areas are always dirty. Tenants and their guests will park in someone else's assigned parking, which makes an already problematic parking situation even worse. Complain to the office about it, and their response is to leave a note on the car, and if nothing happens in 2-3 days, to come back and complain again. Neighbors will let their dogs relieve themselves outside in the walkways, and there will always be a barking dog that starts around 1AM. The appliances are antiquated.

All in all this is a horrific place to live.

Extremely Unsafe / Poor Lighting / Theft

I was robbed at gunpoint in front of my apartment. The apartment management seems very unconcerned in correcting the very poor lighting issue in the complex. The first week I lived in this complex my bike was stolen. They allow loud obnoxious tenants to rent here and are extremely slow at repairing or fixing anything. In the year I have lived here two different car port canopy's have collapsed causing damage to renters cars. Two of the three pools in this complex have been out of service for over three months.

Renters Beware, this place is run down, water leaks, w/d's are old and not working correctly. Maint. is poor

Stay away from this place.. it looks good when you go to office, the apartments are run down. Leak in bathroom never fixed. Washer Dryer are old and not working the staff is not helpful they are rude . I would not reccomend anyone move here.. Too expensive for poor living condition.
