FORGET THIS PLACE!
went to the flamingo location last week to get some drinks for the superbowl. After getting $200 in liquor i though getting a keg would be cool... talked to the manager and put money down for a keg and pump to be picked up the next day. he took my credit card info and looked at my id. he took my hard earned $100 for a deposit, fast forward to today... i took the keg back, the old lady ask if i have a receipt, i didnt. yeah i MESSED up. the manager was standing right next to her and without her asking he immediately says No! i asked him to check the registers and video,, the RICHARD didnt even bother to look. as i was asking him what was i suppose to do with a keg, he walked away,,, i wanted to freak out!!!!!! now im out $100 bucks and have an empty keg... PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE.....AVOID THIS PLACE
Great prices!!! Great Selection. WOW I am amazed after reading the other reviews on this store....I was very impressed with Lee's not only with the selection of domestic and imported beers but all the different types of "hard" alchol that they offer, I had no idea that there were so many different kinds of Whisky, or Rum and the Vodka selection is amazing as well! I would recomend this store to anyone who is buying liquor no matter what! For a party or just for your own liquor cabinet.....now people were talking about the wine selection not being that good, I cannot help you with that I am not a wine drinker, it looked like there was alot of wine there, however the Lee's on Flamingo I think has a larger selection of everything....just a thought before you give up on Lee's completely try the one on Flamingo.....
REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I discovered this place about a week ago when my American-Korean friend took me so we could buy some beer for my boss's party.
They have some really low-priced imported beers but the customer service, or lack of it, is really annoying.
One time, the cashier simply moved to another cash register after finishing one customer without informing the rest of the customers in queue.
Another time, the cashier left the register to assist the customer to get a liquor he was looking for without consideration or thought for the other customers in line.
What a really weird concept of customer service!
Life is too short and any savings from whatever discount they give is worth this shabby treatment of customers. I have gone back to Smith's or Albertson's for my beer.
Not For Wine People. I hate this store! If this Lee guy had a brain he would hire some employees who could assist with wine selections and getting better products in the store. For wine buffs this is a last resort for your shopping needs. Lee's huge stores have absolutely nothing on Valley's wine shop.
WORST STORE POSSIBLE. What a joke, this store is very low-end with a sad selection of underrated wines. If we wanted white zinfandel, we would buy it at a grocery store. Thank goodness for Costco!!!
Lee's Hole In The Wall. This store smelled like urine and it was a mess. The clerks could'nt answer any of our questions for what we wanted. Honestly you would be better off just stopping at a 7-eleven next time your on a Liquor run, what a CRAPPY store.
