5++ Stars ALL the way....from the min we pulled into the lot!! After shopping at many other lots and facing numerous rude salesman and dishonest dealership, it was refreshing to shop at a dealership were everyone was ever so professional and informative. There is a REASON there name is Courtesy!!! From our Salesman Steve, to our wonderful finance guru Ralph, to the wonderful Car Porter ( who went the extra mile to make my car all shinny and pretty before we left) to even the General Manager Kem we felt comfortable and at ease. NO pressures, no hidden agends!! They ALL were Honest, Respectful, and straight shooters!! Easiest car buying experience I have ever had and promise me I don't like salesman, don't have time or energy for their games or stories. This dealership Knocked it Out of the Park!! I never in a million years would think I would be writing such a Sparkling review esp for a car dealership!!! Take my advice...save your time going to other dealerships...cuz not only did they treat us like Royalty....they gave me Smoking deal on a brand new car....no lease ....all mine :) Thank you to one Amazing Dealership...you have a great 'Team" of employees over there that make people like us Smile !!! Thank You " Courtesy" and I am Proud to be part of Your Family now...now I have to go...I have this Hot lil Mazada 3 that is waiting for a nice cruise around town......Zoom...Zoom!!!
I agree with many of the people here. They took me for a serious ride on my vehicle. I was forced to get out of it two months later. They overcharged me up the behind, refused to return phone calls and lied to me about aspects of the contract.
My recommendation is to NOT buy from this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul from Courtesy in May. The salesperson steered me towards a model that he said was "$19,000 and change." I signed a contract with what I thought was a purchase price of $19,995.00. Some parts of the contract were blank, and when I questioned this, the financial officer inferred this was normal in Nevada. Being new to Nevada, I was an idiot and signed it. Later that evening when I went to file the paperwork they gave me, I found that the contract was missing from the envelope. I tried numerous times to get a copy of the contract between May and June. Each time, I was promised that it would be mailed. Once, I went to the dealership to try to get it, and I was told Finance was closed (I don't believe it was looking at the posted hours on their webpage). Finally, I called Kia Financing and asked them for a copy of the contract since the dealership wouldn't give it to me. Kia sent me a copy immediately (really,, not so hard to do). When I looked at the contract, the purchase amount showed $22.995.00 which is $3000.00 higher than I expected to pay and is $3000.00 than the web fair price for the model and options I chose. I accused the dealership of fraud, but they repeatedly told me that I signed the contract at that price. I don't believe that I did. When I asked why would I purchase a car for $3000.00 more than I was willing to pay, they explained that they can charge as much as they want to for a car (or $3000.00 higher than the sticker price). Bottom line is that I bought a car for much more than the Blue Book price and while this dealership claims they did not intend to mislead or defraud, if it looks, walks and quacks like a duck, it may just be a duck. 1. I should not have been asked to sign an incomplete contract; 2. I should have left the dealership with a signed copy of the contract (should have been in the envelope they gave me); 3. the contract should have been given to me immediately thereafter when I requested it.
I always enjoyed taking my prior car to Courtesy's service department and felt I received great service and fair treatment there. However, I can no longer set foot inside any part of this dealership after my experience with the sales department. If you have had a bad experience with sales and feel that you have been wronged, please contact the Las Vegas BBB. If you feel that the sales department has violated ethical or legal codes, you can file a complaint with DMV Compliance Enforcement.
Buyers BEWARE – ONLY GAVE 1 STAR CAUSE I CANT GO LOWER BUT WANT TOO.

FOLLOWING IS VERY SMALL SNOPSIS OF MY EXPERIENCE:
Courtesy Imports at the Henderson NV Valley Auto Mall has zero INTEGRITY, MORALS, nor VALUES, based on my perception and experience, as witnessed by two others. Sadly, the scams and deceptions they performed on me is sadly and cleaverly within legal limits; Unethical but legal friends.
This makes them even more profoundly dangerous and clever. How they sleep at night is beyond me.
We've purchased four vehicles from Courtesy – My wife and I have bought a Daewoo, a Mazda and 2 Kia's from this dealership and never had a problem with the sales or service departments. Sergio Brooks is the only salesman we've ever dealt with and he's the best. I was unhappy with one service person one time and the next time I took my vehicle in for service, he was "bye bye". There may be an occasional "bad apple" in their barrel but they'll get rid of it as soon as they're aware of the problem
BIG MISTAKE IF YOU BUY FROM COURTESY – I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING THE SALESMAN CHRIS, HE NOT ONLY ACTED AS IF HE WAS HONEST BUT SO DID THE FINANCIAL PERSON. AFTER REQUESTING THE PRICE ON THE CONTRACT 7 TIMES I FAILED TO FIND OUT THE REAL PRICE UNTIL 3 WEEKS LATER WHEN TIME AFTER TIME THEY REFUSED OR COULDN'T GET THE DOCUMENTS WHEN I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP. THEN I FOUND OUT THEY HAD ADDED $6,000 DOLLARS TO THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE IN THE CONTRACT. BE VERY CAREFULL, FRAUD AND THRFT MEANS NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE. AND THEY DO NOT CARE WHO THEY RIP OFF. CHECK WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THEY RATING IS IN THE GUTTER, I WISH I HAD...
Best Car Dealership in Nevada – I have been to alot of dealerships in my day and i can honestly say that the Mazda dealership in Henderson on Auto Mall Drive is the best one i have been to... they know how to treat their customers especially the sales person that i had the pleasure dealing with... his name is Chad. Ask for him... he will take care of you!!
this is a rip off joint – THEY ARE SHUTTING THIS PLACE DOWN AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE of Courtesy....I know the in's and outs of what there doing. They had several stores in the Las Vegas area. They just sold the Mazda store in North Vegas 2010 and are doing all they can to drop the Hendeson Store. The GM Harold hates Las Vegas and want to move back to Chicago. (old mob connections) This store is being offered for sale in the Automotive News classifieds. All the good employees are gone so you as the coustomer will suffer.
Courtesy imports, Henderson NV – i purchased a used 2004 VW R32 from Courtesy Imports on 6/18/09. Worst mistake EVER. Get READY FOR THIS ONE!!!... one month after the car started to shake and rattle. So i took it in they kept it for a week and said they could not diagnois the problem so they had it takin to VW. After two days there they said that they had found the problem and they gave me the part list totaling up to $2069.41 being i bought the extended warranty they cover a big portion of that.... Come to find out that three of the six bolts holding the flywheel on had come loose....not sure how i only put three hundred miles or less on the car i did that but Courtesy refused to pay for it.... GM, Frank and Service manager Benny and Randy where all shady and rude all gave me the run around.....SECOND i took it in today after only putting 6000 miles on the car in not even a year the tires are wearing uneven and completly bold....Yet again was told "im s**t outta luck" Qoute....and that courtesy is and will not pay for anything. Randy service manager said that they are not responsable for anything......NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM COURTESY IMPORTS. Brandon 7025440276
HORRIBLE!! – HAD SOME FUEL INJECTORS PUT IN AN 04 ISUZU AXIOM AND THEY OVERCHARGED THE CRAP OUT OF ME AND PUT MY HOOD ON CROOKED? I'M NOT SURE WHY THE TOOK THE HOOD OFF THE CAR TO BEGIN WITH BUT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SPRAERS SHOOT OVER MY CAR NOW! DOESNT EVEN GET THE FLUID ON THE WINDSHILD!! CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME RIGHT BACK ON AS SOON AS I LEFT WITH A BILL OF 2300 DOLLARS! ALSO HAD A PROIR EXPERIENCE WITH MY WIFE LEAVING THE PLACE IN TEARS DUE TO RUDENESS.. ABSLOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM **COURTSEY IMPORTS!! THEY ASK ME WHEN I'M GOING TO TRADE IN MY ISUZU AXIOM.. I TELL THEM I'M NOT AND THEY STILL CALL ME AND HARASS ME ABOUT BUYING A MAZDA.
