GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. I was hounded to come in and do an early termination of my lease and was told I will get a special deal on another vehicle with them. I did end up leasing another vehicle. At that time I asked if I was going to be billed for overage of miles and a few scrathes I had on my car. I was told by the salesperson and his manager that not to worry about any of that it will be taken care of. I asked 3+ times the same question and was given the same answer. I received an $800 bill for overage of miles, called the sales manager several times and he told me that he will look into it. After 1 1/2 month Henderson Nissan did not do anything about this bill. When I finally went in to talk to them, they all denied that I was told that they will take care of it. They not only lied to get me to sign another lease but on top of it let the issue sit for 1 1/2month after it went to collection to tell me that I basically am lying and they do not make such promises. PLEASE GET EVERYTHING THEY SAY IN WRITING AS THEY WILL CHANGE THEIR STORIES. THIS IS THE SECOND INCIDENT WITH HENDERSON NISSAN WHERE THEY HAVE CHANGED STORIES AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED. Come to find out a few of my co-workers have similar stories with the dealership. Too bad I have to rate it to publish this..
Really, make sure you visit the other Nissan dealers. I was very disappointed with their sales department. I was told they were giving me a certain amount for my trade in and they wrote it on the worksheet and after we had a deal they changed it. Didn't tell me they changed it and I was there so long haggling with them about the price and the tradein I relied on their word. Never again. They changed the price and I didn't catch it till I had already signed the contract. They hand you all these papers to sign and initial and I didn't think they would try to pull a fast one but they did. Then when I questioned the finance officer he tried to explain it off as a tax credit. When actually they were taking my tax credit from the state and deducting it from my trade it. The sales manager said nothing about using my tax credit. He said they would give me. Not they would take part of my tax credit that is from the state not theirs to decide how they will give it to me. So they deducted almost 2 thousand from my trade and took it from my tax credit. Another person told me they did that to him as well. The dealership then tired to tell me the sales manager did explain that to me, which now on top of stealing my tax credit they are lying to boot. I would recommend another dealership or make sure you don't take their word for anything.
If you need a new car check out Henderson Nissan first. Just bought my first car there! It was great, got a great rate and great rate, less than I expected! The salespeople were all really friendly helping with any questions I had. There was plenty of cars to choose from an colors, got exactly what I was looking for. The managers were just as friendly as the salespeople and helpded make the whole process as smooth as possible. They took the time to explain what the steps were and all my questions. Can't say enough, if you need a new car check out Henderson Nissan first, it'll be the only place you'll need to go!
I was so pleased and very imrpessed. I was a little hesitant about buying a car in general. I hate high pressure and will leave first. Henderson Nissan did everything RIGHT. I was very impressed with their internet division and its manager, Alan. He introduced me to Sergio, who took the time to explain things to me and make me feel very relaxed. There was no pushing to buy the newer model etc. I was very impressed and would highly recommend the internet division.
They care about their customers. My wife and I have purchased different vehicles from various brands for quite sometime now, and our experience in some of those dealerships range from dreadful to extremely unpleasant. Which is why every time we buy a car, we try a different dealership. Attempting our luck one more time, I drove my wife to a store that I have not heard of - Douglas Nissan in the Valley Automall. In our recent quest of purchasing a new car, we have already prepared ourselves to be treated like the previous appalling encounters. Nevertheless, theres one young man that deserves top-quality recognition. Ben Sahagun have shown my wife and I that there is always one company that stands out from the crowd. Our buying experience was painless, and quite enjoyable I might add. This young gentleman had a vast knowledge of the Nissan products, and other brand names. Bens talents were exceptionally valuable as he was exceedingly accommodating in every way possible.Anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the future, and want a trouble-free experience, please dont disregard Ben Sahagun from Douglas Nissan. Needless to say my wife and I will send our family and friends to him.One last point I would like to say is that not only did we drive away in a brand new Nissan,.... we also gained a friendship
More options here!!. We went in to just look at new Nissans. We were planning on buying from another dealership in town, since my bank had special online for that specific dealership. They had a bigger variety of inventory than the other dealer, so we found the exact car we wanted, from the right color to the right options. Then they not only took the bank's quoted price but they also beat it. I the entire sale including taxes and fees totaled over 1000 dollars less than MSRP.
wonderful. Outstanding unsed car sefice deaprtment: Douglas Nissan is truly a great dealer. Their service department for unsed cars is excellent. Their greatest asset is Harold the manager of service. He and his crew are really great.
no pressure to buy. I had such a great experience, no pressure to buy and everyone was so helpful and friendly.
Worst Place EVER!!!!!. I have experienced the worst customer service ever. They sold me a car that they did not have, but promised they could get. Ended up writing up the WRONG car on my paperwork. On top of that, sent me through countless issues concerning my refund for the car they promised to get me, but could not. Never again will I even look in their direction. Worst sales manager ever-Lester.
Professionalism and friendliness. Your professionalism and friendliness made the whole dreaded car dealership/car salesman experience very tolerable! :)
