WORST AUTO SALES EXPERIENCE!!!!.
There is no way that anyone should ever be treated the way we were at Chapman Jeep!!! Their sales people do not return phone calls to let you know if your finances went through, they lie, the are dishonest and worst of all, after approving you, they sell your vehicle out from under you after a verbal agreement of a down payment the next day. I want to scream at the top of my lungs about this disgusting experience at Chapman!!! I hope that I convince at least someone to go to another dealer!!! CHAPMAN DOES NOT DESERVE ANYONE'S BUSINESS! Run in the other direction people!

I bought my car new, 5 years ago. I was told by the Finance Mgr. Kevin Vanetta ( no longer employeed, big surprise!) that if I purchased a extended extra service contact that I can get all of the cost of the warranty back provided I did not use any of the service. I did not want the warranty in the first place, so of course when I heard you can get your money back, I thought that sounded okay. Well, fast forward 5 years...BIG LIES were told. I will not get any money back. The new General Manager ( Nick Banker) offered $300.00 pity money for when I need to get my car serviced at Chapman. Get EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING in writing when dealing with these people!!! You may want to bring your lawyer in with you. I will NEVER purchase a car from Chapman or have my car service there. They are crooks and only want the orginal deal and repeat customers. I hope they go bankrupt!!! Pass to everyone you know!
