WOW. Henderson BMW had the best deal for me. I was able to trade in my old BMW and get top dollar for it, along with my trade in they sold me a new BMW and a great discount. I was able to get a new car and lower my payment. Not to many times does that happen. Im really happy with them.

Great Place. My last car I got was a benz. My lease was up and when I went back to the dealer they wanted to charge me for so many things it was crazy. I started to look around for my options before I had to pay a lot of money. I stopped by Henderson BMW and they offered to buy the car from me. They were able to get me into a brand new 740 and may I say it is a lot nicer then my Benz. Also a plus was my payment went down, not much but it is nice to have a smaller payment and a nicer car.

Bill in Service is Great. Henderson BMW is not only around the corner, but is also only a phone call away! I have been using the Service Department since I moved here from Arizona. They have great work ethic, when you get there you are instantly greeted even if they are just walking by. They always are friendly and always do make sure that you have any and everything you need to feel comfortable. Bill is my go to guy, funny friendly and very intelligent. I highly recommend this facility for anyone need their BMW serviced!

I can't believe the customer service I received, straightforward, understanding and helpful. I had specific concerns and all of them were answered. On and On. Henderson BMW has sold many cars to my friends, family and now me. I took their words about the service they received and now I can speak about it for myself. When they told me it was so good and went on and on about it I thought they were exaggerating. Im not going to boor you about it but I now can say you get nothing but the best there. In my book it

Ill Bet On it. Henderson BMW has the best salesmen around, not to mention the best location ever. Right off the 215 and auto show dr. The service was far soupier then anything I have ever encountered. The level of service and the most convenient location gives you no reason not to try them out before making your final decision. Ill bet on it youll be happy.

Suprise. Henderson BMW gave me an excellent deal on a new 3 series. The car was for my daughter as a gift and they were aware of it. When I told them that, they offered to deliver it to any place I wanted and place a giant bow on the top. When she got the car it was like a scene out of a movie. Thank you so much Henderson BMW.

Exceptional Dealership, wonderful experience.
I just simply need to share how terrific my experience was with BMW of Henderson. From the initial moment I contacted Larry, my sales associate, to the exceptional and sincere follow through of Gregg Randolph, the General Manager, I simply cannot express how pleased I am. Not only did this dealership bend over backwards to find me a car that says "me", there was no pressure, and just a great experience. Paulette in finance took extra care to answer any questions we had. In taking delivery of our pre-owned BMW, Matt Hulse, the service director made certain that my new auto was in terrific order and condition (You could swear the car was new!)
Overall, Desert BMW Henderson is represented by wonderful people, who create the experience that elevates this dealership above all others.
