After years of traveling to Baja California and enjoying fish tacos at beachside stands, Ralph Rubio opened his first restaurant in San Diego in 1983, banking on the south-of-the-border favorite. Today, Rubio's are located throughout the Southwest serving tacos, burritos salads and more. Baja-style fish tacos are the specialty--beer-battered Alaskan Pollack, cabbage and salsa in a soft corn tortilla. Street tacos (carnitas, carne asada, chicken), quesadillas, nachos and taquitos are other popular options.

Great Fish Tacos. I love this location and probably eat here for lunch or dinner at least a few times a week. The Especial Taco meal is delicious. Service is always friendly. Prices are fair.

great mexican fast food. Great lunch special combos meals. Fast, fresh and great food for the price. Try the combo with 2 tacos, beans, rice and a drink for $4.95.

Rubio's Baja Grill. I just love the fish taco's. Everytime I go to Temecula I have to go to Rubio's. I wish their would be one here in Southern Oregon!!!
