Really nice place to live. I have found Capri apartments really peaceful and safe. They are very convenient, close to the center of town but easy to get to even when traffic is backed up through BC. I have a huge balcony shaded by trees and a pool view which I love. The owner is super nice and fixes things right away. I would definitely recommend these apartments to a friend.

Think twice -rent once elsewhere. 3 + months in apt - lived with open insulation in bath, mold in closet, pool closed after owner had been warned but not repaired items in question, dumpster removed from property twice. Had to clean filthy apt when I moved in, removed carpet and prepped for replacement due to prev. tenants' cat urine, left it clean and almost 2 months later still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Think twice, rent elsewhere once.
