Beware of shady salesmen (Anthony) and managers (Jesse) promising things yet failing to deliver. Definitely tried to take advantage of a young female friend by lowballing her trade in. We agreed on an out-the-door price for a used vehicle but then they started to jack up the price when I addressed major concerns that needed to be fixed before the car was driven off of the lot.. like tires at the minimum tread depth of about 2/32nd, brake rotors and pads that were at minimum thickness, fluids that were 7 years old and needed to be flushed, alignment pulling strong to the right. When I pointed all of that out, they assured me that they do a 170-something point inspection and all of that would be taken care of during their inspection (that's dealer talk for we hope you buy our line of crap we're feeding you). I said great, but I would still like it in writing on the contract for my own piece of mind. Once I said that, then suddenly the price jacked up $900. Funny how that works. I have a feeling they were counting on some poor schmuck not noticing what needed to be replaced just to get the car back up to being safe to drive off of the lot... and wouldn’t you know it, magically we got her trade-in value up to what it should have been instead of the lowball amount they offered her when she came by herself. I hate stealerships like this that prey on uninformed buyers. Please stay away and tell your friends.

we recently were looking for a new hyundai and were really given the shaft by our hometown dealer in Henderson, the bait and switch you name it they did it.
so we were please to find out customer service really does exist in the world today. We spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone named Paul he told us up front he was new and he helped find us the car we wanted without the hassles we encountered in henderson. when we arrived another gentleman named Jesse did everything Paul said they would do.
they even spent over an hour showing our daughter how to use blulink/bluetooth and all the electronic gadgets we got. Jesse, Paul & Planet Hyundai Centennial our hats go off to you! Thanks!!!!
the Best/Easiest Car Purchase Ever..!. I had just totaled my 06 Altima and was dreading the search and headache normally that comes with the process. While driving home one day I drove by Planet Hyundai Centennial and thought "hey, those look pretty nice." Planning on just looking I get out and start walking the lot and was greeted by one of the coolest and most up-front dealers yet. His name Anthony Franich and I recommend to anyone, give him a call. My intention was not to purchase but after a brief conversation I was shown the 2012 Elantra and was happily surprised. It had most of the features of my 06 and about $8,000 less. He suggested a test drive and I was VERY impressed. Like I said my intent was just to look but 2-3 hours later, I was driving my new Elantra home. Anthony and the staff at Cenntenial Hyundai made the purchase process so easy and stress free. IN and OUT, 1 2 3. Same people, same lies, same crap as sister store. I had a horrible experience at planet hyundai on sahara but still wanted a hyundai. I decided to give this location a shot since I'm so far away from the other dealer. I was hoping that the name being the same didn't mean the same tactics. Boy was I wrong!!! Apparently I have nobody to blame but myself for thinking that. Again, nothing but baiting and switching, lies and a shell game. I was quoted online a price for a new elantra, I called and talked to someone and verified that the price would be valid and was assured that they had a dozen in stock. When I arrived at the dealer I found that they really did have a dozen in stock but unfortunatly only one was available at that price and they had sold it! I asked them to show me where on the email that it said that, it didnt. I then asked to talk to the person I spoke to on the phone and was informed that they dont talk to customers haah!!! I wonder why. Needless to say I have a shiny new hyundai elantra and neither of these shyster planet stores earned my business!!!
