Never Never Never Again. Never again will I buy a car from Centennial Buick GMC or anyother GMC dealer. Why do you ask..... Bill Buckley the service manager and his territory manager. They are the laziest people I have ever seen as a Service Managers. They would rather send work to another state than do it at their own service department. I have complained to GMC and all they will say is the owner of Centennial Buick GMC needs to address it. No worry, I will go back to Ford. Since GMC received a bailout and paid no interest to the government they could care less about customer service. Back to Ford I go without looking back.…

Don't waste your time here. I tried to schedule to have my truck inspected and routine maintenance. Emailed to inquire, got a response back asking when I wanted to schedule. I returned the email, and never heard back from Bill Buckley(service manager) for 8 days. Finally, I sent another email asking for someone to help me. Again, I got a response. I returned the email explaining I just tried to schedule and got no response. THis lady told me she would talk to Bill and have him contact me. Never contacted me . It has been over a month and counting. I sent one final message asking if I should take my business elsewhere. Didn't get a response. I don't know why, but apparently "PEOPLES" GMC have NO people service.…
