This burger joint is pretty cool. You get to basically build you own burger, and it's pretty good. But, it's not how-much-our-bill-ended-being good :( The milkshakes there are good too, but I still can't say they were AMAZING/to die for. Overpriced for what you're getting, but a good experience none-the-less.

Best Burger - Hands Down. My husband and I spent the day in Vegas on our honeymoon. We decided to hotel hop and check out the shopping and restaurants and happened to be at the Cosmopolitan during lunch time. We checked out the restaurants in the hotel, and decided on Holstein's.

This place was great. We loved the atmosphere, and the seating style. We both ordered "The Rising Sun", as recommended by our waitress. It was incredible!! The burgers are made from Kobe beef, and had a teriyaki glaze with fried avocado. The fries are also delish!

I definitely recommend this place, and plan to go back during our next Vegas run.
