Don't take your baby here!.
These is the rudest dog groomers I've dealt with. I took my 6 year old Jack Russell Terrier here to be groomed last summer and I was appalled at the service (or lack thereof) that I received. The
only positive thing I can say about these jerks is that there was no evidence of abuse like the other reviewer had. The woman working the front counter was rude and unappreciative of my business throughout the entire process.
Another problem I had with this place is that they just let the dogs run amok around the whole back area where the dogs are being groomed. This is NOT safe! All of the dogs must be caged separately to keep the dogs safe. This worried me when I first walked in and I'm mad because I went against my better judgment and left my dog there.
Then I get a call not even an hour later saying they were done with him. Then that you-know-what had the audacity to tell me my dog is a handful! Well Duh! You put a spirited Jack Russell in a room with a bunch of other dogs and hes going to be a handful. Thats your own fault lady! I paid her and left absolutely no tip and I'm never going there again...and you shouldn't either!…
Monsters. This has to be by far the worst place, the owners are rude, and understaffed, told by they dont take extra time with pets becuase the are backed up, shaved my dog, without letting me know, brought him home and he was in pain and whimpering afraid of any noise, took him to the vet and the vet suspects some abuse may have taken place, called the owner to discuss this and her violently yelled at me saying not to threaten him, i wasnt just wanted to know if they say anything, they dont seem to care for the dog or have any passion for what they are doing, the are old grumpy people that take their misrable lives out on the dogs, I will let every person I see with a dog lhow horriable experience I had with them and sadest of all my dog had to endure the pain, the only reason I gave them one star is becuase it was required to post this…
