We signed up with these guys because we got a flyer on our door for a pretty good introductory price so we thought why not try them. Really big mistake. Very nice people but we still have a HUGE bug problem! Actually are bug problem has grown. We have called them and yes they have come back out and sprayed for us but we are still seeing more and more active live bugs. I don't know why but I do know that we never had such a problem with our other company, so I think we will be going back to them before we get to big of an infestation.

Upon calling to cancel their services my husband was met with a rude belligerent manager name John who thought my husbands frustrations were funny and laughed at him saying it was to bad because we were in a contract. According to their google reviews we are not the only ones with this issue I suggest everyone pull together to STOP THEIR BULLYING.
