Yep, there's a reason why they have a 5 Star rating! Scott with Silver State HVAC came by, correctly diagnosed the problem that another company never did even when we were under warranty, and fixed the problem! Consider us a client for the rest of our time in Vegas, if you want something done efficiently and correctly, call Silver State HVAC! 5 Stars!
Nick is an excellent tech, polite, knowledgeable and does great work. This is the only HVAC company in Vegas I will use, and I have used a lot of them in the past. None hold a candle to Silver State.
I received "proposals" from several companies. I was most impressed with Silverstate's ability to answer my questions, provide me with what I feel was a very satisfactory "package," in terms of quality and price, and, just as important--the workers. From Len, who is so knowledgable and available, to those who provided the installation expertise, namely Jeff, Ron and Robert, I am so grateful. These guys were all so very professional in every respect. They knew what they were doing and did it; they were so careful that one would only feel that they believe in the concept that cleanliness is next to Godliness, and they answered my questions.
I can not say enough good things about this company. I have used them for several rentals and my own home and they provide speedy, honest and quality service.
I called Silverstate to fix Apt ac & tech told us it was condensor. 2 days later our apt was hot again so called them back. They sent another tech (he was on his cell the whole time he was here) & he told us our ac was completely fine. That night our apt was 82 degrees (no ac) and tonight our apt is 90 degrees. No problem with ac? Where the hell did their techs get their training? I called on another company to fix my ac. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

To make a long story shorter, Silverstate Refrigeration recommended we replace our heater at a cost of approx. $3,000. Due to the high cost, we decided to get a second quote from another company. The other company said we didn't need to replace it and fixed our heater by replacing a sensor (at a cost of $250).
When I called Silverstate to inform them that their technician was wrong, and either inept or dishonest, Sharon became very defensive and insisted he was very experienced and was correct. After a lengthy discussion, she refused to refund our $55 service fee. I told her that it was only fair, as it would've been applied to the work needed had the technician not been completely wrong (or lied). It took a BBB complaint and dispute through our credit card company to get our service fee returned. I would never trust this company again - they were dishonest and tried to replace a heater that only needed a minor repair.
Highly not recommaned. bad service. machine failed after 3 months after install. Technician was horrible witha bad attitude. Don't call them,
