Worst repair company. Mobil TV Docs came to my house, charged me a fee, took a part and asked for a $100 deposit, I gave them the deposit, he gave me a receipt and they never came back. They didnt return my call for 2 months and now they turnrd the phone off.

Very Impressed. I was blown away by the service I recently recieved from this company I will recommend them to everyone I know they are far the best!!

The worst mobile repair business I have ever dealt with. I don't know where to begin. I found this TV repair business on a web search. Our TV was shutting down by itself and I had exhausted all of my knowledge of what the problem might be. These guys told me they could fix it no worries. When I called a very professional sounding young lady answered and scheduled me for same day service (that night) - I thought it was great and that I would be watching TV by bedtime. This was June 30th 2011.

They showed up on time as scheduled and took the TV back case off and used my vacuum cleaner to clean the thing - it was very dirty. He thought this might fix the set but we soon found out that it didn't. He told me he would need to come back in a couple days with a rebuilt DMD board. I gave them a $100 deposit towards the final bill.

The repair guy was having vehicle problems and missed 2 scheduled appointments before finally coming over 10 days later to install the board. The second visit was the day that he installed it only to find that he broke a connector during the installation - this required him to take the entire control unit back to his shop - he said it would take a couple days to fix it and he would be back.

Fast forward to today. Over the last 2 weeks I have called and left several messages at their number (no one ever answers the phone like they did the first night). They have yet to return my calls. My TV has been down for over a month and I miss it. If you use these guys to come and fix your TV you will regret it in my opinion. I just hope eventually they will return the control unit that they took with them 2 weeks ago - so I can get the TV fixed by a legit repair shop.

I don't normally do these reviews good or bad - but I need to let anyone who would choose to try and have this company fix their TV that they are horrible business people and shouldn't be trusted. I am a small business owner myself and if I operated like this I would be out of business in only a couple months. There is no excuse for not at least letting the customer know if there are problems with the repair - all they needed to do was answer my messages and this post wouldn't be necessary.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED REPAIR SHOP. After basically being screwed over by a scam artist "SC TV Repair" it was very hard for me to trust anyone!! But being that my TV was to big to haul to the curb I thought I would give it one more shot. I contacted Mobile TV Docs when speaking to the receptionist I felt at ease it was like I had known her for years. She was very knowledgable, took her time and very sympathetic to my needs. She made it possible for the tech to come that very day with the parts on hand! I definetly highly recommend this repair shop to everyone! They go 100% out of their way to take care of their customers and make you feel at ease with your repair.

The Only Repair Shop I Will Allow To Service My TV's. I have been doing business with them for years. I own several bar and grills around town and I am constantly in need of their service! They are the only repair shop I will allow to fix my TV?s. I have dealt with several other so called companies in the past that were somewhat of a horror story but this company has 100% gained my trust. They go above and beyond for their customers I am truly pleased with their services and I will forever continue to use them for as long as I can. Thank You Mobile TV Docs you are the best! Mobile TV Docs is the best!!!!!!. When I called for service they were the only company that would tell me over the phone how much the repair cost would be (other companies wanted to charge me $100+ to give me an estimate). So I went for it and they had a technician out within a couple hours. My technicians name was Randy. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He repaired my 42" Samsung LCD in no time and even took the time to give me some advise on which tv to purchase for my bedroom. I will definetly recommend this company above all the rest.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! I called at 9 am. and service was completed same day by 6 pm. Dan (the owner) is a man of integrity and provides high quality service!!! I highly recommend this company for any TV repair service. Went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect!!! Great company to do business with!!!!!
