The Best SASHIMI and most vibrant flavored Japanese cuisine!. Japanese being my fav cusine..I have tried many restaurants in town. Hachi Rest. in the Red Rock Casino is one that will leave you speechless. I really mean it. Lets see...we had some shrimp tempura as appetizer (forgot the name on menu) --its served in small pieces, lightly battered and topped with a lightly spicy sauce. Its the most amazing flavor yet. Sashimi platter is out of this world. It doesnt come with the usual rice, just sashimi pieces - each topped with different sauces - its a true delight! We had soem green tea/chocolate puffs served with caramel sauce and my absolute mouth watering Sago with Gula Melaka brought me straight home to SE Asia..in my mind at least :)

I'm not good at describing food...but I can tell you this...every bite I took was bursting with the most interesting flavor that totally awakens your palate - I'll definitely take people I want to impress there!
