Wonderful Salon. R.E.M.'s is a wonderful salon, and is just what we needed on the East side of town. The stylists are talented, professional, and courteous. The salon is beautifully appointed and comfortable. I have been going here since they opened for business and I have not been disappointed with them at any time. As a woman, I know how hard it is to find the right person to trust with cutting, coloring and styling your hair, and I have found that stylist for me and my family in Rhonda. However, all of the stylists who work there are talented conscientious individuals who take great pride in their work and leave their customers satisfied time and time again. I wouldn't dream of taking my business anywhere else but this salon.

REM'S is the Best in town!. If you are looking for one of the best, affordable hair salons in Las Vegas you need to try REM's. I have been a customer from the first day they opened. The salon itself is beautiful and inviting not like some of the overpriced stuffy places in town. The stylists are all great, Mellisa is my stylest but you can't go wrong with any of the stylets at REM'S. I have referred many of my friends and customers to the shop and everyone I have sent there has been happy. The employees are the best and very accomodating

Hair has never felt better!. Luv, Luv this salon. I have never been to a salon with a nicer atmosphere. People were great and service was outstanding.

Best Hair Salon II have EVER been to!!!!!!!!!!!. I am so shocked to see such a terrible review on this wonderful salon. I have been a customer of theirs since they have openend and I cannont begin to tell you how great this salon really is. The staff is so accomidating and I have been to multiple sylists there and have been nothing but happy every single time. Even if there was a problem with this ladies haircut I cannot imagine them not wanting fix the problem. I have referred all my friends and family and all have the same reaction as I do. There service, products and staff are great and I am so sorry that someone had to write their fist review about them that sounds so bad, ugh. Well just thought I'd give them a review they deserve. BEWARE: POOR QUALITY HAIRCUT & CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was my first time visiting R.E.M. hair salon. I liked the fact that they are eco-friendly. I got my haircut there, the next day I was in an accident, when I went to style my hair a few days later - I noticed how uneven it was. I called to let them know and they would NOT accommodate me with a refund or fixing my hair in a timely manner. I am DISAPPOINTED with the POOR QUALITY HAIRCUT and their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

BEWARE: QUICK TO TAKE PAYMENT and DO NOT DELIVER QUALITY SERVICE. : (((

FOLLOW UP TO PREVIEW POST - after awhile I did receive a call from the receptionist informing me that I could come in for my refund. I went into the salon and I was trying to show the hairdresser how uneven the haircut was. She apologized and was courteous. I was content I did get my refund and the poor quality of the haircut was acknowledged. I went to another salon and had my haircut fixed. The next hairdresser did point out how uneven the cut was done and how poorly it was shaped. I am sad it turned out this way on a first visit because I was looking forward to their eco-friendly environment and organic products. Oh well . . . . . . .
