Fine experience. outstanding company. Prompt courteous service. Brought my computer in for service and the free diagnostic was completed in a few hours. The repair was completed the next morning. Prices are reasonable. Staff was friendly and the office was clean and neat. I highly recommend them.

A loyal customer for life HERE!. My job takes me all over the world...and my laptop of course travels with me. One particular visit in LA made me realize that my laptop was a little overworked and it decided not to boot up. I immediately called This Computer Repair Company at about 9PM. I received a live person who calmly relayed the nature of the problem and the resolution. So, I overnighted my laptop from Austin, TX to LV. Then, the techs fixed my laptop with the resolution discussed on the phone, and overnighted it back to me in LA. My laptop, although on jetlag, is back in full force again. Now, I'm off to Rome and so is my laptop. I have developed such a sense of comfort with Justin and his team that I am forever an eternal fan!

Cheap work, Jimmy rigged my faceplate (they broke). DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.... Here is my personal experience...

So I have a laptop (fairly new laptop), it got a virus, I carried it to Doctors of Technology, they said "NO PROBLEM, I know this issue well and should have it back to you in a few days". They called me and said my computer needed a new hard drive, I bought the new hard drive. They called me... I payed the 200+ dollars and picked up my laptop. I got home opened my computer and started to use it. When I started using the mouse that is attatched to my faceplate (the left mouse button was broke). I immediately called them and they ask me to return the computer. I took it back and he assured me that they didn't do this that it had to have been that way when I brought it to them. Funny thing... if it were the technician would have noticed when he was checking out the virus (don't cha think) but he didn't because my computer was in basically new condition when I took it in. So they order a "new" faceplate. I pick up my computer with the new faceplate. This faceplate was off some beat up POS computer that was the same brand as mine. The guy at the store assured me it was because they didn't sell new ones of this model. Guess what............. I call HP............ Wow... they do sell them. I call the guy back and tell him he is a liar and tell him I just talked to HP. He asked me to allow him to call his vendor and call me back. Upon calling me back he tells me its all his vendors fault and that he is no longer his vendor. So he again ask me to bring in my computer. He then has me pick it back up and tells me he used the other POS faceplate to fix the broken button on mine. The middle of the faceplate is now bucked up where the keys are but I will not carry it back there. I will do what I should have done to begin with and send it to HP to have it fixed correctly. If you use this place just remember you get what you pay for. Also this process took a good month and still isn't satisfactory. Please save yourself the hassle and do not take short cuts with this company send your computer to the company (they will fix it correctly and it won't cost you much more).

Forever an eternal fan!. Our law firm had a couple of PCs that we needed to have networked, shared network drives, set up a backup, and e-mails, and some other tweaks. We were very apprehensive with whom to choose to set it up. The Doctors of Technology Computer Repair sent their consultant to sit down with us, assess and then conquer! He met all our objectives under budget and under the time estimate. The network has been running without any glitches for over a month now. I am now using them as support...although hardly needed.

Just what a service company should be THANKS.... This company remembers me, offers advice free of charge, and sends a computer techie out on short notice to save me and my computer, and have each time provided a high level of expertise. Charges are well worth paying - great service and technical skill.

Saved my desktop computer!. Doctors of Technology Computer Repair recovered years of important financial information and pictures after my computer terribly crashed! Their turnaround time was within 24 hours and all of the info was recovered and backed for me. They even loaned me a laptop while they worked on my computer so I didn't lose any downtime. They complimented their great service by getting me back up and running with a new hard drive. Doctors of Technology Computer Repair are a fast service, very reasonable rates, and hand-holding was very accommodating and

Couldn’t be happier :). This is Harry stocker I own and operate Harry Hardwood Floors on Tropicana and I just want Las Vegas to know how hard the doctors of technology really are working! Not to mention being open 7 days a week for me and my company’s needs, but every time I talk to one of their doctors on the phone they are so helpful and polite. I know that this will always be my computer repair service company in las vegas for now on!
