Bartolotta is an incredible restaurant. Every detail is attended to, every piece is in place. The bar is excellent, the bartender a pro. The chef greets guests, makes suggestions, and prepares excellent, fantastically-flavorful cuisine. The tasting menu is a tour of Northern Italy's coast, with a variety of seafood, prepared in adventurous ways. The ravioli di ricotta was magnificent, like eating a cloud. The scallops were perfect, a new high in their preparation. My compliments to Chef Paul Bartolotta; you have created a masterpiece.
