Hawthorne came out today to perfrom the annual check up on my A/C. Once again, the most professional service in town. You are treated like a customer and they do their job completely and are never in a rush to get to the next customer. If you want it done right the first time, for heating, cooling, or electric - call Hawthorne. Jerry was my service person today and he was courteous, efficient, and expert. great plumber in Las Vegas. We had a bad leak in our bathroom. We called our old plumber and it seems they had gone out of business. Hawthorne Plumbing had taken over their customers so we gave them a chance and we are happy we did. Not only did they fix that leak, they did a free inspection of the entire house and found another sink on the verge of the same problem and fixed that as well. Beau was very professional and knew his stuff, we will not hesitate to call them again when something goes wrong.

A TOTALLY Professional Service Company. Experienced a leak dripping from our kitchen ceiling. Hawthorn was recommended by another service outfit. The response was outstanding! Dave,the technician, was able to pinpoint the source after a thorough examination. The cause was isolated and the necessary repair was accomplished. The office staff was outstanding in their communication and follow-up. David, Kelly, as well as the Scheduling lady (our phone contact) all deserve a raise!!!

THE BEST!. Hawthorne was recommended by our Home Owners Association and so happy they did! Always professional and take care of any problems immediately. A definite plus is the service warranty; you receive priority service (meaning same day) and some additional "perks" as well. Most definitely highly recommend Hawthorne for your plumbing and/or heating and air conitioning servicing!!!!

Best customer service EVER!!!. I had to call my home warranty to have my toilet serviced and they had sent Hawthorne Pluming to the rescue. I was so pleased with the professionalism which is hard to come by now a days. Hawthorne had sent over Keno who is the best plumber ever to fix my problem. He was not only great at fixing the problem but he was so NICE and my two little one"s loved him!!! I honestly can't wait to have him visit us again. Hopefully not for awhile though. :) I highly recommend them to everyone! Customer for life

Great service :-). Oh! What a suprise I got today when I was just looking thru the phone book for a plumber. I needed some help with the water system. I called Hawthorne Plumbing to ask some general questions and was asked if I would like a tech to come to my home today (yes I said today) and they would come and give me a free quote!! WOW! I thought at first I may have misunderstood. But no that is what she said..... The tech (Angel) was at my home within 1 hour of me calling. (I was told he was in my neighborhood). He came out and looked at my water system and gave me a quote.

Even though I didn't go with his quote this time. I will call them again.

Angel was very polite and professional ~~

Very happy with their service. My experience with Hawthorne plumbing was great! The service person was very nice and respectful. He was very patient with me and resolved my problem in a very timely manner. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Hawthorne plumbing. I would highly recommend Hawthorne Plumbing and cooling. Thomas was very knowledgeable and efficient. I received estimates from two other companies and Hawthorne was the best priced and most trusting, and solved our problem in a short time.
