Desert BMW of Las Vegas

New Car. I got a car from Desert BMW about 3 months ago. It was a certified used 325 and I just loved it. About 3 weeks ago I had a few issues with the car. And then it had another one and then a flat tire. Then one morning it didn’t start. It was one thing after another and I was just fed up. When I went in to speak to the MGR I told them my issues and they addressed them in the correct fashion. I had a loaner car and it was a different model them mine. When I went back to get my car everything was fixed at no cost to me but at that point I wanted the other model. They were able to work me a deal on the same car that was my loaner and my payment stayed the same. Im so glad I went with the Desert Automotive Group, they really stand behind there customers.…

Amazing. I choose Desert BMW for many reasons, but mainly becuase their service department is well managed. They take the time and efffort to help and fix what needs to be fixed.
