From beginning to the end the service at Mercedes Benz of Henderson was hands down the best service i've experienced in my 30+ years of purchasing Mercedes Benz!!! First of all Ray Jimenez was so confident, kind and calm! He made me feel very comfortable about the decision that I'd made!! Ray then introduced Michael Kreps!! I was blown away by the knowledge, confidence and honesty these two men had exhibited thus far!! I didn't experience any dramatic running around and stressful decision making!! I have to say that my mom and I were treated like Queens!! Ray, Jason and Michael were taking care of everything, and before you know it I was being introduced to another pleasant individual, Pete Moneo.......Pete , just in Mercedes Benz of Henderson style, explained everything that we needed to know about the deal we had just made!! I'm just so impressed with the total customer service I received that I've already recommended this dealership to two of my friends!! I mean we felt so comfortable and cared for from the moment we stepped out of the car being personally directed, by a young man who valeted my car while the ladies up front provided us with coffee, water and cookies............ The General Manager came out and introduced himself to us while inspecting my beautiful C300! There was a little tape on the window and before you know it there were 4 men going over my car again!! Ray and Michael especially, laid the Red Carpet down for me and My mom!!! I'm do excited about the customer service that I received, I could go on and on!! My God everyone I encountered there made us feel good about everything!! Thank You Ray Jimenez and your wonderful staff !! I'm a HAPPY WOMAN!! Thanx for a kind , courteous, stress free experience!! We Love You all !!

It was supposed to be a hassle, like every dealer. However it was completely opposite. They were great in every dept. Dave was very professional. He was very helpful and friendly. He even got me more money for my trade in than expected. I truly appreciate people that will go that extra mile for me. I will be sure to mention to all my friends and family that are in the market for buying of the great service at this dealership.

As a returning customer, Mercedes-Benz of Henderson is a dealership I trust and very much admire. We bought a new MB from Michael before for my wife, and when searching for a new but slightly used car for myself, Michael kept his eyes out for months for the exact vehicle I wanted. It is fantastic and when I want to purchase again, I'll definitely go back. Their service department is also top-notch and the most professional I've ever seen

I bought my car used a couple if months ago from Mercedes Benz in Henderson. It was a great experience so I thought I would give there Service Department a shot. I brought my car in and within 45 minutes I was out of there. It was fast and friendly. Glad that I live close and they do great work. I must say that I will recommend them to any of my family and friends! Great Great Great

Came into Henderson Mercedes Benz to look at a Cadillac CTS-V, I had spoke to Mike over the phone in regards to the car. He said it was there still, and set an appointment to come look at it in person. When I got down it as the car I have been looking for. However I didn’t realize how pricey they still are. Unfortunately it was out of my price range. However, he did find a nice 2010 Camaro SS at a price in my range. I ended up test driving it and falling in love. I am so happy that I chose this dealer out of the entire Auto mall. They did great and also received a killer price on the extended warranty. Thanks so much for doing the right thing and not forcing me into something I could not afford. Great team at Mercedes in the Auto mall.

Mercedes Benz of Henderson dealership has been FANTASTIC. I've had my MB for about a year and have never once faced any issues with their service department or parts department. In fact; it's been just the opposite...they go out of their way to make it EASY for me to get my car serviced and have my car back to me as scheduled. The scheduled maintenance intervals aren't cheap; but hey..I knew that when I bought a luxury German car. Give this dealership a visit; you will not be dissappointed.

Was a great experience from when I walked in the door and was greeted by Drenna. She was a first class sales person and I enjoyed dealing with her. Then on to Pete in finance. Down to earth, friendly and professional. Was a very pleasant experience overall.

It only takes one little thing to make a deal go bad. In our case we did not get to experience that, because our sales man was not only listening, but also taking notes to make sure that he didn't mess up. No pressure at all, not only did he sell me a new 2013 all white Mercedes, but he also didn't skip a beat. I have nothing but great things to say about Mercedes Benz in Henderson Nevada!

An enjoyable experience! Ray Jimenez was very knowledgeable and gave exceptional Customer Service. Overall, every person we came into contact with went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with our purchase and made sure to make us feel that we were their #1 priority. I have been in Customer Service for more years than I care to mention and buying cars for just as long and I have to say this was by far the best car buying experience ever!
