Hi,
I have been training at the Las Vegas Kung Fu Academy for about a year now, and I can say that I really appreciate everything that I have gotten from training. I am in better shape now than I was 10 years ago. I have increased my balance and flexibility tremendously.
Training is a lot of fun, and also a serious workout, which is the reason I joined in the first place. I think I have lost a total of about 23 lbs. since I have started.
I have also created a lot of friendships here and Kung fu is just a big part of my life now.
I really recommend this school to anyone looking to improve themselves like I was.
