Helpful customer service. The cost of what I pay for Webgistix to help store and pack my customer orders is more than offset by what I save on shipping so it was an easy business decision to outsource my order fulfillment to them. I just started shipping from their Reno location in addition to Las Vegas and Atlanta. Their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.

A friendly, honest company.. Webgistix is a great company, an honest one trying to do the best they can for their customers. There were a few complications setting up our account, but after those were resolved it was smooth sailing. I had the opportunity to go down to Vegas and meet with the CEO, and we chatted over a lunch and a tour of their fulfillment centers, which ran like clockwork. I came away with the impression that this was someone who really cared about my business, and there are few enough companies I can actually say that about.
I have to admit I'm a little surprised by the other reviews here. I've had an extremely positive experience with Webgistix. I have a background in warehouse management, so I know all the hassles and time involved in scheduling dock appointments at the warehouse, receiving pallets of merchandise, checking the contents, sorting it, storing it, and eventually picking and packing order for customers.
With that in mind, it was a no-brainer to use a service provider, and this company has went above and beyond what was required of them to get us what we needed, when we needed it. Highly recommended.
We had similar problems with webgistix. We asked them to do physical inventory counts so that we could manage our business better. They did the count in one location, but had to be asked repeatedly to update the online inventory. The other location never updated the counts until we finally gave up and pulled the plug.
If our online inventory counts aren't accurate, you can imagine the trouble we had with backorders, resupply orders, etc. Impossible to take our business to the next level.
Upon termination, they did everything they could to drag their feet, make us jump through hoops, and essentially held our inventory hostage.
